- Once you place an order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with your order details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner.
- Typically, deliveries are completed within 3–10 business days depending on your region.
- Payaakon is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details, or unavoidable circumstances such as weather or lockdowns.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- For hygiene and safety reasons, towels once used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing payaakon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Care Instructions
- Please follow the washing and care instructions provided with each product. Payaakon is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or maintenance.
